Harvest 2018 saw the phasing in of grain socks on trailers coming into store to tip. This resulted in a drastic decrease in the amount of dust produced onsite and proved that grain socks are a necessary part of ensuring the health and well-being of staff and visitors.
For harvest 2019 it will be compulsory for all trailers to be fitted with grain socks. Pre-fabricated kits are available from most trailer suppliers. Alternatively you can contact the office and order grain socks through Craven Grain Storage.
Trailers without grain socks will not be tipped!
